ActivePost is a simple yet powerful program which allows users to register all incoming mail of different forms. This helps to keep track of invoices which need to be paid, and there is even a reminder to the Accountant when accounts are reaching their deadline.
There is multi-level user access which allows certain users to do certain things, while blocking others from doing actions not allowed on their access level. An extremely handy search engine is available - which makes looking through bundles of book logs a thing of the past!
